It's an all-inclusive week tour in Italy and even if it's full of adventures, you'll definitely have time to be dedicated to smart working. Imagine transforming your office or your study into a wonderful room overlooking the picturesque Tuscan hills? Well, now that you've imagined it, Great Italy Events will take you to Tuscany and we will make your wishes come true! Our Working Vacation will be held at the Diacceorini Farmhouse, located in the middle of the hills of >Volterra, in the heart of Medieval Tuscany. All you have to do is to book your flight, bring your laptop and smartphone and enjoy your relaxing Working Vacation in Italy! Enjoy the smart working in one of the most beautiful locations of the world, Tuscany, and in addition experience a relaxing week full of activities! You will meet a group of people who, like you, will share these adventures with enthusiasm, discovering Tuscan art, music and cuisine. Throughout the week, we'll organize afternoon activities for the group, including local wine tastings, cooking classes, biking tours and visits to local cities of art In particular there is an experience that will surely impress you: a visit to the vineyards and lunch at the family Restaurant of the world's most beloved tenor Andrea Bocelli. His hometown, Lajatico, is just a few km from your accommodation, so a wine tasting at the Officine Bocelli, is an unmissable stop on your Workation!
Detailed Program of our
"Working Vacation" Experience:
DAY 1 ( SATURDAY )
Meeting Point of the group will be your accommodation: Diacceroni Farmhouse. Once arrived check in and relax time ( check in available from 3 PM ).The first day of your Workation will end with a lovely Welcome Party! You will meet all the members of your group, share your ideas and enjoy the sunset as you taste local Wine! Every day from Monday to Friday you will have free time ( aprox. 9AM - 6PM ), to be dedicated to smart working. Moreover, to maximize the comfort, lunch will be served directly at the Diacceroni Farmhouse ( from 1PM/2 PM).
DAY 2 ( SUNDAY )
The second day of your Working Vacation will be dedicated to an open-air activity! After breakfast, the program includes a Bike Excursion departing from Montaione and ending the tour in San Gimignano! As soon as you reach San Gimignano, you will be greeted by a professional tour guide for a guided visit of the historic center of the town. Afterwards, the group will enjoy a Tuscan lunch based on local specialties and local wine. In the afternoon, your bike excursion will come to a close and you will return to your accommodation. Upon returning to the Farmhouse, a delicious Tuscan dinner will be waiting for you!
DAY 3 ( MONDAY )
After an energetic breakfast, you will have all the needed time for your work! On the third day of your Smart Working Vacation with us, you will spend your afternoon in Volterra. Enjoy your visit to Volterra as you discover its ancient Roman Amphitheater and its historic city center. Before being chauffeured back to your accommodation, you will enjoy a tasty dinner in Volterra.
DAY 4 ( TUESDAY )
Buongiorno! After breakfast, business time! As you work on your laptop, enjoy the views! As soon as your work hours come to a close, an exciting food and wine experience will be waiting for you - this is definitely an unmissable experience for Tuscany and Wine lovers! The local oenologist, part of the Diacceroni Farmhouse Team, will introduce you to the local wines, explaining their flavors and pairings. Afterwards, there will be a Dinner Party at the Farmhouse with more wine, a rich buffet and lot's of fun!
DAY 5 ( WEDNESDAY )
After an energetic breakfast, business time! In the afternoon, a private driver will pick up the group up at the Diacceroni property and chauffeur to a local Farmhouse for an interesting Tuscan Cooking Class Experience! Here a local Italian Chef will be waiting for the group! Together you will learn how to cook some of the traditional Tuscan dishes, tasting some local wines at the same time. Right after the Cooking Class, a group dinner will follow!
DAY 6 ( THURSDAY )
After an entire day of smart working, a new food and wine experience will be waiting for the group! However this time, the experience will focus more on the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, on its qualities and properties and above all on how to best combine it in your dishes! The Olive Oil tasting will be accompanied by the description of some Tuscan traditional recipes, a precious and inestimable treasure that you will take home with you! Then, the Diacceroni Farmhouse will amaze you with a rich buffet Dinner Party accompanied by some local wine!
DAY 7 ( FRIDAY )
Finally, it's Friday! The last day of the working week! After your smart working morning, you will be definitely excited to end the week with another exciting adventure! This time we will take you to one of the most beautiful cities of art in Tuscany: Pisa! Here, with an excellent tour guide you will explore the city and admire its treasures, such as Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower of Pisa! After the tour, you will enjoy a delicious dinner in a local Restaurant, and then the driver will take the group back to the Farmhouse! And buonanotte!
DAY 8 ( SATURDAY )
On the last morning of your Workation, enjoy your typical Tuscan breakfast at the Farmhouse and be ready for an awesome experience close by! Today, we will take to Lajatico, a small Tuscan borgo, famous because Maestro Andrea Bocelli and his family come from this area, in fact the Bocelli Farmhouse is located exactly in Poggioncino! Your Bocelli Experience will start with the Bocelli vineyards visit. Then you will be taken to the Bocelli Restaurant, where prior to the Tuscan lunch, a wine tasting of Bocelli Wines will be performed by one of the Bocelli family members! Before leaving, you will visit Casa Bocelli Museum where you can admire Maestro's achievements and awards. At the end of the tour, your driver will chauffeur the group back to the Diacceroni Farmhouse at around 3 PM. It will be the final step of your Working Vacation with Great Italy Events!

EVENT REGULATION WORKING VACATION
Art 1 RESERVATION:
For further details or to reserve your spot at the event, please email us at booking@greatitalyevents.comspecifying the following information: the event you are interested in, name, surname, number of people for whom you want to book, telephone number, any food allergies, intolerances or restrictions, special notes.
Art 2 PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
The payment can be done via credit card at the time of booking. You have to specify your credit card details by email at booking@greatitalyevents.com. Otherwise you can make the payment by bank transfer, in this case the bank details will be communicated to the customer directly by the staff of Great Italy Events. After the payment finalization, you will receive a confirmation email which will be valid as a receipt of the booking and payment.
Art 3 CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation by the customer, which must be communicated by e-mail at booking@greatitalyevents.com, the following cancellation policy will be considered valid:
- For cancellations received by Great Italy Events at least 60 days before the starting date of the event: the amount paid by the customer will be immediately re-credited by Great Italy Events to the customer via PayPal (Paypal costs for reimbursement to be paid by the customer).
- A 40% Penalty will be applied for cancellations made from 59 to 7 days before the starting date of the event. Therefore, 40% of the total booking will be retained by Great Italy Events, the remaining 60% will be returned via PayPal to the customer (Paypal costs for reimbursement to be paid by the customer).
- A 100% Penalty will be applied for cancellations made from 6 to 0 days before the start date of the event. Therefore, Great Italy Events will not refund the amount paid at the booking time.
- In case of the cancellation by the Event Organizers, which can take place no later than 45 days before the starting date of the event, the Great Italy Events will refund the amount paid by the customer via PayPal ( in this case the PayPal fees for reimbursement will be paid by the Great Italy Events).
- In case of the event shifting due to force majeure, the event will be postponed to a date to be defined. In this case, guests will not receive a monetary refund but they will receive a Voucher that can be spent for the same event on other dates.
By confirming the reservation and making the payment, you accept the regulations and the program of the event as described.
