Our team of professionals created an incredible event around Andrea Bocelli's Teatro del Silenzio Concert that will take place on July 27th 2023. Our pre-concert food and wine event, in addition to including concert tickets and transport, offers an authentic discovery of the "Bocelli" world.
At 4:30 PM the Great Italy Events staff will welcome you in the "Alcide Room' of the famous Officine Bocelli Restaurant in Lajatico. In the surroundings of the restaurant, you can easily park your car!
The Alcide Room takes its name from Andrea's grandfather: Alcide Bocelli. This room once housed Nonno Alcide's mechanical workshop and now it's a space for private events. Its environment, enriched with details such as wrought iron chandeliers, chains or exposed brick walls recalls its original functionality, reminding of the rurality of the Tuscan countryside and of the respect of agricultural work. In its simple, country and genuine atmosphere, you can 'breathe' family air and you can 'feel at ease with ease'.
As soon as you arrive, you will check in and our staff will take you to your table. After that, you will immerse yourself in an exclusive experience! You will enjoy an exclusive wine experience alongside a Bocelli Family member! As you taste the incredible flavors of the Bocelli reds and whites, Maestro Bocelli’s nephew, Alessio Bocelli, will share with you some details and anecdotes about the Bocelli Family and of course about the Bocelli Family winemaking traditions as they're winemakers for seven generations.
During the wine experience, an initial Tuscan appetizer will be served. Afterwards, the dinner will continue with a fixed “tasting menu” including typical Italian specialties accompanied by more Bocelli wine. The "tasting dinner" includes an appetizer, first and second course and a dessert. The food and wine experience is a moment of conviviality in the true spirit of the Bocelli Family, during which you will meet our other guests, sharing with them the table and the unforgettable "Bocelli" experience! During the event, guests will receive their Poltronissima Concert Tickets *.
After dinner, the event's tour leader will take you and the rest of the group to your bus, ready to comfortably transfer you to the Teatro del Silenzio Venue. With us, you will no longer need to think about parking at the theater or driving upon Lajatico's winding roads in the night! Guests will be accompanied to the concert venue by a Tour Leader who will assure their check in and who will assist them in taking their reserved seats with their Poltronissima Concert Tickets.
At the end of the concert, our Tour Leader will take you and your group back to the parking lot where your bus is parked. Then your bus will take you back to Bocelli Restaurant in Lajatico. You will leave the restaurant in your own vehicle.

Point 1.
RESERVATION:

For further details or to reserve your spot at the event, please email us at booking@greatitalyevents.comspecifying the following information: the event you are interested in, followed by name, surname, the number of attendees you want to book for, telephone number, any food allergies, intolerances or restrictions, special notes. In order to reserve your participation, please click on Pay Pal button.

Point 2.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

The payment can be done via credit card at the time of booking. You have to specify your credit card details by email at booking@greatitalyevents.com. Otherwise you can make the payment by bank transfer, in this case the bank details will be communicated to the customer directly by the staff of Great Italy Events. After the payment finalization, you will receive a confirmation email which will be valid as a receipt of the booking and payment.

Point 3.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation by the customer, which must be communicated by e-mail at booking@greatitalyevents.com,the following cancellation policy will be considered valid:
- No Penalty for cancellations received by Great Italy Events at least 60 days before the starting date of the event: the amount paid by the customer will be immediately re-credited by Great Italy Events to the customer via PayPal (Paypal costs for reimbursement to be paid by the customer).
- The 60% Penalty will be applied for cancellations made from 59 to 7 days before the starting date of the event. Therefore, 60% of the total booking will be retained by Great Italy Events, the remaining 40% will be returned via PayPal to the customer (PayPal costs for reimbursement to be paid by the customer). - The 100% Penalty will be applied for cancellations made from 6 to 0 days before the start date of the event. Therefore, Great Italy Events will not refund the amount paid at the booking time. - In case of the cancellation by the Event Organizers, which can take place no later than 10 days before the starting date of the event, the Great Italy Events will refund the amount paid by the customer via PayPal ( in this case the PayPal fees for reimbursement will be paid by the Great Italy Events).
- In case of the event shifting due to force majeure, the event will be postponed to a date to be defined. In this case, guests will not receive a monetary refund but they will receive a Voucher that can be spent for the same event on other dates.

By confirming the reservation and making the payment, you accept the regulations and the program of the event as described.
